Apex Holiday Tent utilizes PartyCad, a software program, used in the event industry to properly size the tent for your event. This is a free service and the drawings can be emailed to you directly.
Apex Holiday Tent also provides Tables, Chairs, Linens, Lights, Dance Floors, and Stage Platforms. If your event venue requires a tent permit, Apex Holiday Tent provides the permit service and schedules any inspections that the local municipality would require.
We rent tents for Weddings, County Fairs, Medieval Fairs, Car Sales, Christmas Tree and Pumpkin Sales, Church Events, Festivals, Fishing Tournaments, Outdoor Covered Seating, Ribbon Cutting Events, Temporary Shelters for Construction Projects or FEMA Services, Art Shows, Sporting Events, Military and Political Events, School Activities, Retail Sales, Private Parties, and Non-Profit Fund Raising Events.
Apex Holiday Tent supports the community by applying a 10% discount on all Non-Profit and Church Events.
